By day, Frank Hinks is a prominent and well-respected Chancery QC based in London, with an international practice which includes Hong Kong, Cayman, Bermuda, BVI and the Bahamas. Outside his highly successful legal practice, Frank has always had a passion for storytelling. The Ramion adventures were inspired by the bedtime stories he would create every night for his own children. Ramion stories have been published in Korean by Marubol, and the Ramion Facebook following extends far beyond the UK.
For the Ramion series of 18 stories, Frank has produced over 550 full page gouache paintings assisted by his son Alex, and working mainly in a small art studio off his room in Serle Court chambers in Lincoln's Inn. Original artwork from the Tales of Ramion series will be on display in an exhibition at The Cello Factory, London SE1 8TJ from 26th October to celebrate the launch of the books.
